Hello, it so happens that this time our family is asking for help to live until 15 January

17 December. I took my baby to the doctor for a check-up because my son had bronchitis. We were very tired (the baby was restless, we hadn't slept much), and after the visit, when I got home, I saw that I had lost a wallet containing all the family money.

I searched and contacted places where I might have lost it (I also posted on social media), but the wallet never turned up. Now we are in a financial crisis.

My husband is currently closed until 12 January - unpaid holidays because he was self-employed and people hardly ever book work during the festive season. We hope the weather will allow us to get back to work, but income will not be immediate.

I get disability benefit and child moneywhich will be paid mid-January. After I got my VPA, I paid my utilities, rent and part of my loan, but I still have some money to pay 163 €.

Help is most needed right now: for baby formula (I don't feed myself - I don't have any milk), as well as for food and hygiene products until 15 January It is also worrying because the VPA has covered most of December accounts, so January you may not have enough for a month (utilities and loans).

Planned January income: disability - 319 €, Child's allowance - 398 €. We will have to live on this money in January.

I contacted Caritas, but I received a reply that the request would only be considered 5 January I also wrote to Municipality, and to Nemuno Street Social Unitbut they said they couldn't help.

I don't know where else to turn, so please: can you help us in such a disaster?

I believe that there will be people who will understand what it means to be tired, stressed and how difficult it is for a family to lose its income when there are children at home.
