SUPPORT PORTAL RULES

1. These rules (the "Rules") contain the available donation options for projects published on the donation portal https://paramosportalas.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal"), and the rights and obligations of the donor and the rights and obligations of the donor, as well as the rights and obligations of the donor of the Portal, as well as the rights and obligations of the donor of the Portal.The donor shall be entitled to the rights and obligations of the Portal Manager, the legal entity code: 305912770 (legal entity code: 305912770, registered office address: 130-10, Kovo 11-osios g., Kaunas, Republic of Lithuania, registered office address: 204A, Jonavos g., Kaunas, Republic of Lithuania), who is the Portal Manager.
2. The following terms may be used in the Rules and elsewhere on the Portal:
2.1. Person - a natural or legal person aged over 14.
2.2. Donating Person or Donor - a natural or legal person who donates money to a Project published on the Portal in one of the ways indicated on the Portal.
2.3. List of donors - The Portal publishes a list of donors who have donated money to a project published on the Portal, including the names of donors who have agreed to be included in this list or the names of legal entities.
2.4. Beneficiary - The Project published on the Portal identifies the entity receiving the support.
2.5. Project - a project with a specific social objective and beneficiary, and the means and budget to achieve that objective, to which donations can be made on the Portal for a specified period.
3. Donations can only be made by a person aged 14 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you can only donate with the consent of your parents or other legal representatives and by clicking on the button that you agree to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 14 years of age and have the consent of your parents or other legal representatives.
4. A person can choose the following methods of donation:
4.1. to donate in your own name and to be included in the List of Donors.
4.2 Donate anonymously.
4.3. Donate on behalf of another person.
5. When donating in his/her own name, a Person must indicate his/her full name or the name of his/her legal entity on the donation form. If the Person wishes to be included in the List of Donors, he/she must tick a box on the donation form and express his/her consent to be visible on the List of Donors of the Project, where he/she will be published.
6. If a Person donates on behalf of another person, he/she shall indicate the name and surname, name and email address of the person on whose behalf he/she is donating on the donation form, but such person will be published in the list of Donors only if he/she contacts the Manager of the Portal and confirms that he/she wishes to be publicly published in the List of Donors.
7. The Portal Administration has the right to correct grammatically incorrect names of Donors or legal entities before publishing them in the List of Donors.
8. Once the payment has been made by the Auctioneer and the bank confirmation of the transfer has been received, the amount will be added immediately to the amount of funds collected. Donations cannot be refunded unless the Person has made a mistake in entering the amount of money they wish to donate and wishes to recover part of it. In this case, the Person must contact the Portal's administration within one working day of the transfer, stating the situation clearly and reasonably and requesting a refund of the specific amount. The Portal Administration will evaluate such request and the information provided and make an individual decision within 14 calendar days.
9. If a Donor has made an incorrect choice of Project, he/she must contact the Portal Administration within one working day of the assignment to change the purpose of the donation.
10. If the Project, due to technical circumstances (several different transfers being carried out at the same time), raises more money than the amount specified in the Project description, these funds will go to the Project Beneficiary. If the Beneficiary refuses to carry out the Project, the surplus money will go to the Project Beneficiary.
11. A letter of thanks and reports on the Project to which the donation was made will be sent to the email address indicated on the donation form. You can opt-out of the emailed Donated Project reports by clicking on the link at the end of the relevant report, which provides information on opting-out.
12. Please be informed that donation payments are made and collected through the Portal's partner Paysera LT, UAB (Terms of Service: https://www.paysera.lt/v2/lt-LT/sutartys/bendroji-mokejimo-paslaugu-sutartis-privatiems; privacy policy: https://www.paysera.lt/v2/lt-LT/sutartys/privatumo-politika ; other conditions: https://www.paysera.lt/v2/lt-LT/sutartys ).
13. A person is entitled to allocate the amount of support of his/her choice each month to a Project published on the Portal. This amount is automatically deducted from the Donor's payment card and/or account (recurring donation). One-off and recurring card payments are handled and payment transaction costs are collected directly from the Donor by the aforementioned Portal Partners at their publicly published rates:

A person can only donate periodically in his/her own name, in which case the person's name does not appear in the list of Donors. If you wish to cancel your recurring donation, you can do so by (i) clicking on the "Manage Payments" button on the monthly paysera.lt transaction receipt sent to you by e-mail and clicking on the "Cancel subscription" button in the "Subscriptions" section of the window that opens (ii) contacting the Portal Administration by e-mail. (iii) Stripe - by notifying the Portal Administration using the method set out in paragraph (ii) above: https://support.stripe.com/questions/cancelling-a-subscription-made-through-stripe.
14. The Auctioneer may choose the amount of money, starting from EUR 0,00, which he/she wishes to voluntarily support the Portal.
15. The Portal reserves the right to charge additional commissions to the Auctioneer for the administration of Projects.
16. The Portal and its administration shall not be responsible or liable for non-receipt of thank you notes and reports of Projects to which donations have been made if the email address of the Donor is incorrect on the donation form.
17. The Donor assumes all and any responsibility for the authenticity of the personal data provided by the Donor or the person on whose behalf the donation is made, and for the transparency of the funds donated.
18. The Portal is not responsible for the proper declaration and payment of taxes by the Auctioneer, the Support or the Project Beneficiary.
19. The Portal undertakes to process your personal data submitted during the auctions in accordance with the procedures established by the legislation and the Portal's Privacy Policy.
20. The Portal Administration reserves the right to update or amend the Rules at any time. Such updated or amended Rules will come into effect from the date of their publication on the Portal. You should check them from time to time to ensure that you are happy with the current version of the Rules. When we update the Terms, we will inform you of what we consider to be material changes by posting them on the Portal.
