Help Martyn learn to speak

Help Martin learn to speak

Hello! I am
Jelena-Martino mama.

Martinas gimė
ankščiau laiko-32-ą nėštumo savaitę. Įvykus komplikacijai, buvo atliktas skubus
Cezario pjūvis. Martinas gimė be gyvybės ženklų, buvo gaivintas, reanimuotas.
Pagal Apgar buvo įvertintas vos tik 4 balais. Medikai prognozių neteikė…

Šiandien sūnui 8
metai. Martinui sunki negalia. Sūnus serga sunkios formos epilepsija, nustatytas
vaikystės autizmas, raida vėluoja visose srytyse. Turi miego sutrikimą, valgymo
sutrikimą, kalbos ir kalbos suvokimo sutrikimą, laikysenos ir eisenos sutrikimą,koordinacijos
sutrikimą-vaikšto,bet nelaiko lygsvaros,  neurosensorinį prikurtimą (vienpusis), maisto
netoleravimą ir kt. Tik prieš metus pradėjo tarti pirmuosius žodžius.

Nuo 2 metukų nuolat
lankome logopedą, ergoterapeutą, kineziterapiją,masažus, baseinus. 2-3 kartus
metuose vykstame į reabilitacijas Lietuvoje. 3 kartus vykome į delfinų terapiją.
Dalyvaujame VibraMedica klinikoje – neurosensorinės stimuliacijos kursuose. 4
kartus vykome į Belgijos kliniką Atlantis, kurioje Martinui taikoma
neurosensorinė smegenų stimuliacija. Visų šių reabilitacijų, terapijų,
specialistų darbo, pritaikytos mitybos dėka, Martinas išmoko ir pasiekė labai
daug- išmoko kramtyti, ryti maistą, sustiprėjo fiziškai, priaugo svorio, tapo
aktyvesnis, sąmoningesnis, atsirado akių kontaktas, nori ir siekia socialinio
kontakto, mokosi suprasti ir kalbėti.

Šiuo metu didžiausias
mūsų tikslas-jau 5 kartą išvykti į Belgijos kliniką Atlantis. Rezultatai

terapijoms,reabilitacijoms.

Iš anksto nuoširdžiai
dėkojame visiems ir kievienam asmeniškai
!

Campaign Master Nikolyte

Help me to get well and walk.

Nikolytė was born at 24 weeks. She spent 3 months in hospital. She suffered a severe strokewhich has left painful consequences. Today she has cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus and intractable epilepsywhich makes it much more difficult to access.

Drug-resistant epilepsywho regularly brings Nicole back to her sickbed when she needs oxygen and resuscitation to stop seizures. Nicole is scheduled for treatment with psychotropic drugs, which can leave her apathetic and sleepy.

Parents do not give up. They fight the girl's illnesses. Seeking innovative treatments for medicines not registered in Lithuaniato free your child from hourly seizures and help them learn to walk again. I have been able to find information that such drugs are available. We are currently in correspondence with several clinics and collecting documents for a remote consultation.

Despite these challenges, Nicole is a strong girl - she is an intelligent child who smiles a lot. Dreaming of walking on your own two feet.

Epilepsy robs the girl of her strength. Today, Nikolytė walks just one metre. Extra per child requires complex rehabilitation with medical supervision, advanced measures. I managed to find one in Warsaw. New technologies help to keep what a child learned before epilepsy (at the age of four).

In Lithuania, it is necessary to keep you in continuous physical shape

Although the condition is difficult - both legs and an arm are paralysed - we have hope and possibilities. A great gift opens them up: THE GIRL IS SMART and is therefore viable. It talks a lot about love and friendship. Willing to walk on her own two feet. And she can. She had already started walking.

If you would agree to join us on our journey, we would be extremely grateful. If we have the support, we will travel abroad to find the right drugs to treat epilepsy, innovative orthopaedic treatment, advanced living and walking aids, and comprehensive rehabilitation programmes get her back on her feet and restore what the seizures took away.

Find out more about our story on Facebook Nicole's smile. There I blog about her journey.

With gratitude,

Nicole's mother,

Victoria

Christian Rehabilitation

Give Kristijonas rehabilitation in Poland

Kristijonas is a six-year-old boy who is battling traumatic diplegic palsy. Three years ago, Kristijon underwent a complex five-hour spinal surgery SDR (selective dorsal rhizotomy).

Kristijonas is currently undergoing intensive training to take independent steps. Jo svajonė – vaikščioti savarankiškai. The outlook is indeed very favourable, but continuous work with specialists is needed. In 2024, Kristijonas had 11 intensive rehabilitation sessions, including six in Poland. The annual costs amounted to €34,000. Therefore, the family is constantly looking for sources of financial support. In a family of four, one dad works, so the income is not enough.

Rehabilitation in Poland is producing incredible results, but we cannot stop. In July, Kristijonas will undergo another three-week rehabilitation in Poland at a cost of €5000.

Lenkijoje planuojama dirbti net po 6 valandas per dieną: 3 valandos kineziterapijos, 1 valanda su eisenos robotu GEO, 1 valanda sensorinės integracijos ir 1 valanda akių terapijos.

This rehabilitation is essential for Kristijonas!

We have been running a project for some time to provide children and young people with different
You can exercise regularly in 5 Lithuanian cities (Vilnius,
Kaunas, Telšiai, Šiauliai, Rokiškis), forming 9 training groups, from
reaching over 140 people in total, including a small number of children without disabilities,
thus also contributing to social inclusion. We provided the essentials
equipment, qualified coaches and adapted infrastructure.
Unfortunately, the financial capacity to continue this is fading, although interest and
the number of people taking part in sport is growing.

Financial
the support will be used to provide adapted infrastructure and qualified trainers
for maintenance, which will allow further opportunities for children and young people with disabilities
playing sport, which they say is one of the most important activities for them
lives.

Youth Line Campaign Master1

Give the gift of conversation - save a young life

Mental and emotional difficulties are experienced every day by the vast majority of young people. Too many people still commit suicide in Lithuania every year. Right now, as you are reading this, somewhere in Lithuania, a teenager is suffering from loneliness because they have no one to talk to.
